Cool Root login forwarding on mail

I've installed Fedora Core 3 with Webmin on my server. I want to get My server IP address for Interface eth1 on the mail which should forward automatically (through cron). On eth1 interface there is one PPP link running for my broadband connection and I want to know that IP address which changes automatically from my ISP. Can anyone know how to forward that IP address after 1 hour automatically on external mail ID with (if possible) root login details of the box.
