Question Robotux macro recorder

I am trying to record simple repetitive text entries using Robotux.
It initially seems to work, but does not retain the macros beyond the first attempt. I can't seem to find any documentation for it although I purchased it from canonical. Does anyone have any information about this program?

what are you trying to do ?
where are you entering these text entries ?

it seems to me a bash script would be cleaner.

I am using the Robotux drop down menu commands to record the texts. They work until I reload Robotux then everything goes back to original nothingness.

The "man robotux" gives me an error

are you trying to mass edit a bunch of open-office documents or online web-forms or something.

automating things via the command-line usually works for me.
