RoboLinux user guide?

I'm new to using Linux, and want to try Robolinux MATE 3D, but not finding any sort of user guide. Even the wiki page on sourceforge is pretty useless. I hear the OS is based on Debian...would an instructional book on Debian Linux be enough to get me started? What about the VM custom stuff? How would I learn it?

You probably won't find a comprehensive user guide for any distro, because it would be just too large to even be usable. Most of Linux is the same across distros. The distro-specific stuff applies across distros based on the same distro. So, yes, most Dedian-based distros work pretty much the same way.

I was hoping RoboLinux might have some sort of user guide hidden away, like MX Linux does. Okay, so I will get a couple Debian instructional books. Thanks for the answer.
