i have red hat on a usb but not installed i want to install to usb stick
so i can have portable rhel5 with my network for work reasons. i downloaded the rhel5 iso from their site and not sure if its desktop or server. i just want to be able to travel with my os in my pocket. i know this can be done with any os i just want to do it with red hat. plase some one help. |

Ok i should have been a little clearer i wrote the image to usb stick
it boots up,then i get to the page where they are asking about what partition is the boot image on. now im lost how do partitions work i booted up bt4 and i dont think i use a partition or may be im wrong i went to pendrivelinux but i dont see redhat pendrive just every other linux. im useing windows as my main os i want to have other os rhel5 on usb stick not partition but i would like to know how to triple boot also. and how do i copy my network to a linux or unix os on usb stick so i can hwork connection, i have built in wfi card i only use wifi i like the free world thats why im gonna switch to linux/unix os do i need a wifi usb stick. lost |
There is no reference to redhat at pendrivelinux. There are however instructions for centOS, which should work with RHEL.
