RHEL4es to .... which distro....

I am a system administrator and habituated to RHEL4es, but i want to try different flavor. I use awk and bash shell extensively on RHEL4es. Which other distro can i try to use awk without any problems? Presently Mandriva9 and ubuntu8.1 live dvd.

Every distribution that I know of includes bash and awk. You shouldn't have any problems no matter what distribution you pick.
