Smile rhel4 vnc problem, where to configure GUI vnc server?

hi, i am installed a redhat enterprise linux 4, during installed i select installed all package. I saw have vnc software, my purpose is want to using vnc to remote control my rhel4, ok i can select GUI vnc viewer only for control other system, than i dont know how to go in GUI vnc server and configure the password, than i can using other pc to vnc my rhel4 system.

I don't know about a gui, but the easiest way is to type 'vncserver' in a terminal and it'll create a session for you (it'll be called something like hostname:1). You can then use vncviewer from another machine to connect to it.
Use vncpasswd to set a password for that user.
