RHEL 6U2 supports S/W RAID ?

Can anyone let me know does s/w raid is supported in RHEL 6U2. Does anyone had configured s/w raid in RHEL6U2. Had tried to search on net but didn't got relevant info on this. Can anyone help me on this.

Yes, s/w raid using mdadm is available in RHEL6.

Red Hat's Storage Administration Guide discusses s/w RAID. I thought they had a guide/walkthrough/whitepaper demonstrating it, but I'm not finding it at the moment. While looking for it, however, I did discover this whitepaper from Dell | Enterprise Operating Systems team demonstrating configuration of S/W RAID: Software_RAID_on_Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_v6.pdf.
