Dear custangro,

Here is the ouput of lsscsi on the server

[0:0:0:0] disk SEAGATE ST9300605SS CS06 -
[0:0:1:0] disk SEAGATE ST9300605SS CS06 -
[0:1:0:0] disk Dell Virtual Disk 1028 /dev/sda----what is this disk
[1:0:0:0] disk HITACHI OPEN-V 6008 /dev/sdd
[1:0:0:1] disk HITACHI OPEN-V 6008 /dev/sde
[3:0:0:0] disk HITACHI OPEN-V 6008 /dev/sdb
[3:0:0:1] disk HITACHI OPEN-V 6008 /dev/sdc
[7:0:0:0] cd/dvd PLDS DVD-ROM DS-8D3SH HD51 /dev/sr0

The four Hitachi disks are actually two disks coming from the storage...with dual path
How do i get the wwid of local disks to put into the blacklist section of the multipath.conf file
how do (what) get the wwid of disks coming through fibre(do i have to mention them in the multipath section of the multipath.conf
