RHEL 6 encryption?

Guys,
Is it possible to encrypt a RHEL 6 disk after its already been setup? The developer already has his dev environment setup, but we still need to encrypt the drive. Possible?
TIA

The short answer is no, you would need to make a backup of the data in the non-encrypted partition(I would verify that my backup was good before taking the next step), delete the partition, create a new encrypted partition, create a new filesystem and restore your backup on the now encrypted device.

See section 3 of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Security Guide for details available at access.redhat.com
