Question RHEL 5.2 memory utilisation issue

Dear all
In my RHEL 5.2 guest memory utilisation is too high without any load. When I goolged the net I foundout that RHEL 5.3 or later has solutions for that. I would like to know you had this issue befoe and got solved because of version upgrade. If there any more limitations in RHEL 5.3 or 5.4 please share those too. I'm planing to install a production server. Before that I would like to know your oppinions as well as ypur comments
Thank you
Regards
Aruna

Your question is too vague.

Read the release notes for 5.3 or 5.4.
