rh9 to fc4 (with grub)

i've read the other thread on this site about this...

i wanna move to a later system for security patches etc.. I already have grub, and fedora core 4.

has anyone else done this ?

burn any needed files to cdr....i suggest you do a clean install that way there is no mistakes your installer can make with different library files....i have not done this myself

Any problem of installing RH9 side by side with FC4 and use /home and whatever other partitions you want to share bewteen the two?

The idea of installing it clean is probably the best.. The only problem is a i have 5 users with all kinds of mail. I am going to back that up, and then figure out how to retrofit the data into the fedora core 4....
