RH9 Firewall..how do I do it all???

I have RH9 installed and its all working fine, but.......

I want to make it secure but i'm not sure how. I did start reading about iptables and then thought to myself "your using KDE why not get a GUI???"

What would you say is the best GUI/program to get that will make admin of my firewall a simple task?

Thanks

There is a good program I am reading about on my linux journal magazine called Firewall Builder www.fwbuilder.org . Its a GUI program to get your scripts up and running. I haven't used it yet - but looks cool. I would recommend (not that I know) learn iptables so you can understand everything. I have been reading other peoples scripts to get an idea of how i should build my iptables scripts.

blimey that was quick.

Right, now i'm in the right direction.

I went to here: http://www.fwbuilder.org/pages/downloads/downloads.php

Do I need to download/install all the rpms for RH9??

Or is there just one rpm that does it all??

Cheers

You will need the program:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/f...1.rh9.i386.rpm
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/f...1.rh9.i386.rpm
and the thingy for IPtables (i think this is right)
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/f...1.rh9.i386.rpm

from the command line as root you could install them all with rpm -Uvh (url here) (url here) url here) from the internet.
