RH 7.2 Timezone info doesn't install

I am new to the Linux world. I have been trying to install RH7.2 on my laptop. When I install I set my timezone to Tokyo (I currently live in Japan). However, when the installation is finished my timezone is EDT. I try to change this and there are no timezones listed. Having searched around to try to find an answer, I find that there is no usr/share/zoninfo after I install.

I also tried installing using the tz offset (instead of by location) and I get the same thing.

Can anyone help me?
