hi all
i want help to reteive an encrypted file,i have got the key to it.encryption standard is AES 256 bit

I'm not sure what you're asking.

If you're asking how to get the file, that could be email, ftp, http, etc... if you're asking how to decrypt the file you can use a variety of tools but pgp and gpg are fairly common.
