restricted alias in sendmail

How can I make an alias in sendmail but allow only certain people (or email from certain domains) to be able to use the alias? I tried Googling this, but I can't seem to phrase the question correctly.

Easiest way is to use a mailing list program (like mailman), second easiest would be to have the alias run a script that checked the from or ip or checks for a keyword in the subject (which you remove before passing on the mail) and pass the mail on based on those criteria.
