Again, as with some of your other posts, you need to provide details. There's nothing anyone can tell you, based on what you've posted here.

What service is running on port 3128? How is a proxy involved in this? What are you trying to accomplish? Version/distro of Linux? Firewall/network configuration? ANY details????

Hi,

we are using clearos [http://www.clearfoundation.com/Software/overview.html] for entire IT administraion , usermanagemnt, mail, proxy. in that proxy has been configured in such a way that internet should work only in 8080 port depending on the access having on each user.but if we give 3128 port instead of 808o in any client machine [windows ,ubuntu , mac] direct internet is available.so how can i restrict that.Hope this much is fine.
Thanks for the suggestion..........
