Restoring *.sql database from Linux Fedora's shell

How may I restore *.sql databases from linux shell?
I've read the use of mysql command I don't have installed.
This is a remote server with preinstalled Apache-php-mysql.

install mysql-client package first. After for more information use the online mysql manual.
