Restore vsFTPconf

Hello yesterday i tried to edit my vsftp.conf file which went ok till i tried to save. My computer froze and i had to re-boot now when i re-boot i tried to start the service which just hangs there, so i went to check the vsftpd.conf file which is now blank ?? is there anyway to restore that file or download a fresh version of it?
