What kind of file system do you use? (ext2, Reiser, XFS....)

... and how did you delete them ???.
If it was from the command line and you're using a journalled fs, you could be in serious strife.

I am using ext3, FYI, we are running samba as PDC and my users use Windows, and I am just worry in case they deleted their files in their home folder accidentally? .. any comment?

Thanks & Regards

So you need a Windows undelete software? NTFS (NT / 2000 / XP)? FAT32/16?
