Restore default toolbar settings in Scientific Linux / Red Hat

Hi,

By some freak accident, I removed the standard "System" "Action" etc. menus from the top toolbar while adding new buttons. I can find most of the applcations I need from the list by choosing "add to panel", but everything is then added as individual icons, which, frankly, is rather ugly.

Does anyone know how to restore default settings to the toolbars?

Thanks,

/Linder
