Restart always led to warning.

Dear users,
I am using fedora 16. Whenever, I restart this appears on the screen

Fedora-16-x86_6:UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY: RUN fsck Manually

dracut Warning; e2fsck returned with 4
....
.....
about seven of such warning, then
sh: cannot set terminal process group (-1): inappropriate ioctl for device
sh: no job control in this shell
(repair filesystem in this shell):/#

However, since I am inexperienced I used to exit, in order to do my work.
Now, when I exist I got a fail message at the end before the system reboot. The msg is

Failed to start LSB and stop login and scan...ISCSI devices. [FAILED]
----Ext4-fs error device.

Now, how can this problem be resolved. Any suggestion in this regard is highly welcome.

You should really upgrade to Fedora 19 as Fedora 16 is no longer supported (No more updates and bug fixes). Have you searched google for error, if not then search for, say, "Fedora-16-x86_6:UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY: RUN fsck Manually".
