"respawning too fast disabled for 5 minutes"
 

Hi all,
My PC shows "respawning too fast disabled for 5 minutes" when it boots up, after editing /etc/inittab erratically. I can change inittab if i can go inside. Please help me..

Just edit the file from the console.

Hit cntrl+alt+F1 and see if you can go into text mode where you should be able to edit the file or edit the grub while booting to boot into single user mode .
