The first two responses were directly related to answering the question (and post #11, sorry Brian), the rest are purely childish whining. I only respond to additional comments or non-related questions in politeness. Would it be too much to ask y'all to think before pulling the trigger and say something constructive towards answering the original question instead of following suite and stooping to childish antics. If you do not have anything constructive to say to the original poster's question, then don't say anything. If you really need to beat up on someone, go kick the dog or cut down a tree or whatever, just don't do it here. Practice some professionalism, you'll fare better in the long run.
Or, if you think is actually just a head hunting ground, well...whatever.

I find that if you use gparted to change a hard drive to a windoze file system.
I format it to a fat32 format and then use windows to format it to a NTSF file system,
that seams to work ok for me
