reset network settings

i am sorry for not being very detailed. my network configurations were fine until i tried to install certain software, (including vnc, nxsliecnt and server, freenx, honeyd). no installation was really perfect. i then altered network services, turning some on and others off. now i can't access the net.

how does one reset network settings (in fedora 10)?

Go back into network services and reverse the changes you made.
