Request for Help in cloning Fedora 10 (Charitable Cause)

Hi. We're total Noobs to Linux. Our company has a bunch of servers they don't need, and we've convinced them to donate them to school charities.

We've decided to start a project to turn them into Moodle servers.

We had a friend create a master HD image with Moodle on Fedora Core 10. it is beautiful.

Now we need to come up with a way to clone this HD image to all these donated machines - without shipping them all over the place (we aim to donate locally to the server).

The person doing the clone is NOT technical (but they can plug in mouse, key and VGA, a few USB sticks or drives and turn the server on and press Y on the keyboard a few times).

We'd like to do this using USB sticks. Plug 2 sticks in - 1 is a boot stick, the other is a clone image.

Anyone interested in helping a good cause?
