Repository openSUSE-Leap-42.3-0 disabled

Hi all,

I'm new to linux and stumbled upon this
Code:

linux@linux-70dz:~> zypper lr
Repository priorities are without effect. All enabled repositories share the same priority.

Is openSUSE-Leap-42.3-0 not supposed to be enabled?

Try zypper lr -d. That will give you more info. You may well find that 42.3-0 is the same as 42.3-Oss but you'll be able to tell with th -d option.

It looks like it's for the DVD/USB you installed openSUSE from. So if I'm right in saying that, no, it doesn't have to be enabled, as long as the online repo's are (if you want to be able to update openSUSE).

That makes sense.

Thank you guys!

42.3 is EOL, Leap 15 is the supported LTS version.
