replacing mdeamon with postfix


hi
i am using a winnt server with mdeamon for my local email users.
it will fetch all the mails frm one account and distribute it to my local network through outlook express (individual email addresses are stored in mdeamon). i just wnt to replace this with one RH 9 with postfix. wht all steps i have to take? from where i'll get the correct step by step documentation? plz help me regarding this
