renaming a file??


hey, how do i rename a file in the console?

mv file newfilename

see 'man mv' for more info on this command.

SWEEEET TY SOO MUCH i finally got it to work, i wasnt able to get startx to work, then got it to work witjh mmin resolution, then i edited the fglrx and renamed it to xorg.conf and voila it worked!!
