removing linux from windows is not working

Here's my problem... I installed Suse linux latest version, and that went OK.. now for the fact that I want to change the linux installation to a recently bought shuttle min ITX machine instread of my main workstation, I tried to remove the linux partition alltogether... this got me a miriad of problems.. The disk used as a linux disk, also has a very important windows partition on it.. this partition is first.. THEN comes the root partition for linux, based on the ReiserFS system, and right after that a swap partition... I thougth that just using partitionmagic was gonna help me, but partitionmagic just shows the ENTIRE disk as bad.. it doesn't even recognize the windows partition... all bad.... ofcourse going to linux and deleting the linux partition from there seems to me a bit daft..

Realizing this might lose me my very important windows-data partition, I thought of asking for some help here...

maybe you guys know why the disk is marked "bad"

B.T.W. : the disk marked "bad" by partitionmagic, is not the one containing the grub bootloader, that is another disk...

Thanks in advance, If you need more info, just let me know...

(to linux anyways) JaZx

Try booting from Knoppix, and then killing those partitions :+
