Hi,
I'm using windows XP Professional and the fdisk/mbr command doesn't work with XP - When I tried using the installion disk to access the recovery console, it said the version on the disk is older than the one I have running (?!) and wouldn't work. My floppy drive isn't working (I tried to make an MS DOS start up disk). Please help me! I keep getting that annoying mandrake lilo start up window when I turn the PC on - and if I don't select windows it tries going into linux and get a "kernel panic" (I removed linux and formatted the partitions, but the linux start up thingie is *still* there!!). What can I do to stop this! I wish I'd never even tried using linux!
