Remotely access Kubuntu (Ubuntu Server with KDE Desktop) with windows Remote Desktop

Hello, I've look through all the forms and have found a few results regarding my question yet none of them seem to work for me. What I need is a way to access an Ubuntu Server with a KDE (Kubuntu) Desktop installed from Windows 7. I would like to use Remote Desktop Client since the rest of my machines are windows and they already have it installed. Any responses would be great and if anymore information is required, I should be able to provide it. Also, for the record, I am relatively new to Linux. I can do basic tasks, but if possible please be as detailed as you can. Thanks for any responses!

Thanks for the reply! I have tried xrdp, but I can't seem to get it to work. The connection either fails or if I choose the last option to connect, and have remote desktop set to 16 bit color, it says "Connected Ok", but then the connection quits and I get disconnected. Any suggestions on how to get it to work? Also, other than xrdp, are there any other programs that fit the description of my first post? Thanks again!
