I am a linux newbie. I just bought a web server and linux web professional is being installed. Since it is being installed in a secure collocation facility, they won't allow me in the building. How do I access my server remotely from my home pc using win98. So far what I can I have to use a telnet ssh program. Is there another solution? If not, what is the best program to use? fyi, I am both scared to death to try something new like linux but excited too, because I understand that linux is the best for running a high end kick butt game server like the one I am having built. Thanks for your help!

You can either use telnet, or more securely some form of a ssh client. If you didn't specify, I'm sure it won't come out of the box with an ssh daemon installed so you'll have to do it from scratch(not difficult at all). If you choose the telnet route, make sure you grab another telnet client for win98(I suggest QVT Term, cnet has it) since the default telnet client sucks hardcore(no ansi display, so some things will NOT display correctly, pine for example is horrible in win98 default telnet client).
