Reinstalling grub loader in debian....

Hi people , I have installed debian initially , and again i installed windows. so In boot menu its not showing options for which one to boot ? Because the grub loader installed in MBR has overwritten.. So how could i reinstall grub loader ???

If you installed windows last it should boot and your debain will not.

boot from a liveCD of any linux, open a terminal window as root, and type "grub-install /dev/hda"

if you do not have a live CD then you can create a GRUB boot disk under windows and boot from the disk to install GRUB to the hard drive. GOOGLE is your friend!
