EDIT: I am sorry, I posted information that was incorrect. It has been a while since I installed a copy of windows on any of my computers. I said thta windows wipes out all partitions, but in reality in only wipes out the boot partition. Sorry for the misinformation.

put in FC3 install CD1 and type in at the promt
# linux rescue
this will search for your linux installations on your HDD and mnt them to
/mnt/sysimage
then change root directory by giving command
# chroot /mnt/sysimage
if it gets mounted to some other directory than give that directory name in the chroot command.
now give the command
# grub-install /dev/hda
hda if your HDD is primary master
hdb if primary slave
hdc if secondary master
hdd if secondary slave
this should do th trick
