Registration problem !
I am running RedHat 9.0 and would like to register, however, when all the information is filled and when I was going to send the info, I was told that there is a problem of my user name, so I change it to an uncommon one, but I was told again there is a problem of my user name. I tried my times but still failed. Any ideas ?

Register for what? If you are referring to the RHN, I'm not sure it still works. I was a member of the RHN (Redhat Network) when I was running RH9, but then received a letter from Red Hat saying they were ending the program and killing support for their products (at least the non-corporate ones).
I would suggest apt-get for Red Hat as a great way to keep your system up-to-date.
