regd bluetooth

I would like to know about the following.

1. How do I know whether I have bluetooth related libraries in y linux PC.

2. If not there where can I find it which is of LGPL license.

3. How do I activate BT in my PC.

Thanks for your help.

First, some more information is needed; What distro are you using? Do you remember installing any bluetooth? What have you tried already? Have you tried anything to install bluetooth? Why do you need this specific licence? What do you mean by the latter question?
