Which FTP server (and version)? Which distro (and version) are you running?

Depending on this info, you will find setup instructions somewhere on the internet. Someone here might be able to point you in the right direction if you provide the required info.

Aside from the Red Hat knowledgebase (which you are PAYING FOR, right?? You are PAYING FOR RHEL???), what have you done/tried?? Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Asking us to look things up for you and hand you a link is plain rude and lazy. Putting in "how to configure an ftp server on rhel 6" into Google pulls up LOTS that could get you started.

And since you found THIS site with a web search, why didn't you try looking your question up too? We're happy to help with specific questions/problems, but don't ask us to look things up for you.
