Reg NFS and Run level

I'm trying to install HP server automation software in Redhat Linux 5.5. While checking pre-request, had the below failures.

1)Need NFS v2, not NFS v4
Please tell how to configure it
2) Set run level 3
I had already set that level 3 using command and also confirmed with who command
3) package sysstat
I can't install the sysstat because it needs some needed packages.
4) need swap usage of 8 GB
How to set it.
5) Need to set FQDN
how to set using commands

Can anyone please tell it.

NFS is Network file system. It means you need its version 2 instead of version 4. You can check your version as follow:
~$ nfsstat -a
~$ rpm -qa | grep -i nfs
3) package sysstat
If this package is not already installed, then download (from here) and install it, as:
~$ sudo rpm -ivh <packagename>
4) need swap usage of 8 GB
How to set it.
First check how much you already have, using:
~$ df -h
~$ free
5) Need to set FQDN
how to set using commands
FQDN stands for Fully qualified domain name. So you will need to set some domain name first. Check this.
