Redirecting logs to some other location..

I need help with JBoss application Server.All I have JBOSS running without any issue.All I want is leading the Jboss logs to be deposited at /var/log/jboss.Say, if there are more than one instance running then create a seperate logs like /var/log/jboss-insta1, /var/log/jboss-insta2
etc.
