REDHAT5.1 Networking


Guys;

Ijust installed LInux redhat5.1 .Now my task is to make a dedicated server with 4 clients.

Is there anyone who can please explain me how to do a next step.
Including the installation of DNS server,DHCP and other stuiff

your co operation shall highly be appretioated

not a networking question, moved to Linux - Newbie.

As for what to do.. you NEED to refere to standard documentation for such broad and vague requests. Please ask here if you can ask precise and specifc questions about a particular problem on your way.

PAY red hat for the updates 5.4 is the current
RHEL is NOT free

2)
after that call your payed for tech support

If you've already registered your system with RH, then as root at the cmd line

yum update

will get you up to latest (5.4).

If you've paid but not yet registered, at the cli as root
