have anybody tried installing redhat linux 8 before?

i really need to figure this out. the anaconda installer starts, asks some user information, partition options, and when it proceeds to the file copy progress an error occurs.

any helpful reply is truly appreciated.

try testing the media before installation. Maybe you have some bad CDs. I have installed it nicely.
