Huh... this is erm... meaningless... secondly red hat? I presume your after a desktop distribution if your having windows on it so surely you'd be after fedora... the main and easiest solution would... erm... CD/DVD. Can potentially be done off of USB devices, PXE is always possible if you have another machine that can act as a PXE server.... ya really need to supply more details on this.
If you can supply what exactly it is you need help with maybe I could supply something more, meaningful.

Requesting with you people to list the different methods of Linux Installation.
* Windows Installed First.
* On Brand New System.
You can either install from network, CD, DVD, or a live installation with most of the stuff pulled off the internet.
And we're requesting that you search the forums, for lots of already-existing installation notes, and read them. You can also look on the various distributions web sites for installation notes, too. And try Google, too
