Redhat Enterprise 3.0 License

Can anybody tell me whether I need license to use Redhad Enterprise 3.0 in my web server? Is this an open source software?

It's open source but you have to pay for it's support.

Thank for your reply, I read the link provided by you and find that Centos is the best choice if I want to go for Free Linux. But one thing I not understand is why Centos come with so many version for example CentOS 4.0 x86_64, CentOS 4.0 i386, CentOS 4.0 IA64. What I not understand is which centos suitable for me?

My server is Dell Xeon 2.8 server and I wanted to run it as web server with cpanel. So which version is the right one?
