Redhat 8 and firewire

Hi,

RH8 sees my smartdisk firewire drive when I boot, and it seems to load the drivers, but I don't know the command to mount/access the drive.

The drivers should be loaded properly, but what do I do next?

Do I edit the /etc/fstab?

I tried the command below and just about every variation I could think of:

mount -t vfat /dev/sbp2/ /mnt/firewire

And like everything else I have tried, I get "special device... does not exist."

HELP HELP HELP!!!
THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!

I'm not sure for the command, but your using a new distro and it should have all those new GUI ways of doing it through control panels etc..

I bet you still wanna know how to do it via command line but i'm not quite sure...

As i said, play around with all the system configurators...

Well, at this point I would take any solution.
I have been searching around for a few days...no luck.

It should be similar to 7.3, so if someone has experience with that, please share.

Help!
Thanks!
