Redhat 7.2 w/Netgear 410tx, dont know how to implement solution?
 

Well this is the description of how to get it working, I downloaded the program fa_select, but unfortunately I have nary a clue how to get all this 'into' Linux, I would appreciate any help anyone has.

I used RH7.2 in my L/T with a Netgear fa410tx, it was detected by the install, and seemed fine. Sadly, it only worked properly in one of my 2 pcmcia slots, and the card seemed to die whenever the apmd switched off the screen. Added to this 7.2 with KDE/Gnome/anyWM was so slow on my LT that I decided there was something wrong with it! Am back running windoze at present (work) but shall return!

This is only a suggestion guys:

Netgear cards seem to have alot of problems and so I
opted for a more expensive 10/100 TX card form 3-Com.
I've done alot of installations as a integrator and 3-Com
was the best ethernet card around......:(
