Redhat 6.3 cannot detect new LUN

I have connected Dell storage MD3000 to the server with SAS external cable, I did scan the scsi but still cannot see anything from this storage on the block.

I don't know this device at all but... Have you got the MD3000 storage manager installed? looks like you need it to, er... set up and manage the array.

Maybe check out Dell support?
