Buy a license and they will give you a link. Otherwise download a clone like CentOS or Scientific.

as you are asking this question though, you probably shouldn't be using redhat in the first place, as you need to purchase subscriptions with RedHat in order for it to be worth using. If you don't want to pay, you will be significantly better off using CentOS instead.

If you have an email address that ends in .edu, you can get the newest Red Hat OS for about $80 (thats what I did).
