Red Hat or any Linux on pen drive


Greetings!!!

My simple need is, I want any Linux OS on pen drive to use and work on my excell files.

It should boot and run thru pen drive .

Is it while installing i will have to select pen drive so it will install on pen drive ?

Mandriva has a version that comes preinstalled on a pen drive. I think Fedora has an option to install to a pen drive.

Knoppix is the best thing to put an a flash drive.

AwesomeMachine, agreed. Knoppix was designed specifically for this actually.
