Red Hat Linux WS install

I have Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop with Workstation option that I am attempting to install on a rack mountable server with an ASUS motherboard and Intel Pentium 4 chip, 1GB RAM and a plenty of Hard Drive space. I powered up the server with dvd in the drive and it stared to go thru the installation process. I hit enter to install using GUI and after the installation began it frooze up at Disabling IRQ #11. I cannot get past this point. I've rebooted and had the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time and take care.

have you attempted to install with out the GUI?

also have you run a media check on the CD/DVD you are using to install?

Are you customiosing packages during the inital install? Try accepting all defaults and changing the packages after ( i had this problem with Fedora 8)
