red hat linux in vmware
 
hello friends ,
i am trying ti install redhat linux in vmware. but it is asking for 2 gb ram . and my system have 3 gb ram .atleast 1 gb is needed for window 7 also .so is there any trick to make it possible.

Have you tried the RAM setting in vmware? (here's a screenshot of what I mean: http://image.bayimg.com/bbd186608840...f75d76e66e.jpg)

choose custom templet and adjust the ram manually...
